Can I Get A Criminal Background Check WITHOUT Photo I.D. in CANADA?
There are tons of jobs that I want to apply for but all of them require a Criminal Background Check to be completed at the police station. The only problem I face is that I don't have any photo I.D. I don't have a drivers licence or passport and don't really have time to wait for either of those to be completed before I get a job. I live in Ontario Canada and need to know if there is any way I can get a Criminal Background Check completed without having photo I.D.? There has to be a way, not everyone drives or has a passport.

There is no way. You need Photo ID. Yeah not everyone drives or has a passport, but that doesn't matter in Canada. That is exactly the reason why you can go into a Department of Motor Vehicles and fill out the information for an 'Identification Card'. It looks kinda like a Drivers License would, but is not a license, it's just a piece of government usable identification. And you can use that to do a criminal background check. It won't take as long to get as a Drivers License or passport and doesn't cost as much either. So if I were you I would get in to the DMV and apply for one asap!
