Can I just Build A Product and Sell Them?
I just don't have the money for a patent. I want to file a provisional patent and just start building them and selling them online and anywhere else.I just need the money. I build 4 in 1 hour at a cost of $27.00 each and I sell them for $49.99 each. Do I need a new product License? Should I go for it? Is it not enough profit? Help!!!!!!!!!! I need the money

To the first part only.
Unknown what the product is, however if it needs a UL sticker to be verified safe, then you can not skip this step. If you sell an item not UL approved where needed you are first risking everything legally and second most likely can not sell to the public.
If the item has no safety issues, then the only risk you pose is someone else will patent your idea and claim rights to your income.
