Dealing with harrassment at work?

I work in a small office and my supervisor making constant negative remarks about my holiday that I have booked, criticising and double standards on work issues and making comments about my appearance. She did it in front of boss and boss just joins in. What can I do? Apart from continuing to find another job. I work hard and am polite and they just **** on me more. If I challenge them boss just excuses it as a joke.

if the reason for the harassment is based solely on you being part of a protected group then you could contact the EEOC and file a complaint.
