I have applied to over 200 jobs...?

in the past 6 months. I have only received one phone call about one job. I have my bachelors degree and experience. What do I do? I feel like I should start going to all the HR's of any company I want to work for and begging for a job! This is ridiculous! Anyone else having this hopeless feeling? I am desperate.

That's a bunch. I have been there ( in 99). What i did is I took a temp job. The service helped me out with my resume and by getting me some assignments. Then later that year I received 42 bona-fide, written offers in one month. It was crazy. I selected the one that was best in the sector that I believed in (Health care). Offers seem to come in groups. Having a zero group is typical.

Find a temp service and get with their program. I really believe in professionals helping professionals. And congrads on your degree. Note also that you may be in a position to pickup an overseas gig. That would be fun if you are not attached.
