Made a mistake on insurance application, what should I do?
I just filed an insurance application today with an agent. I realized later today that I forgot to check off a section that asked if I have ever been treated for anxiety. I remembered I had gone to a therapist six years ago.
I don't plan on ever getting anymore care for anxiety. But I'm worried this 'mistake' could cause my policy to be denied or worse recinded.
Should I call back my agent and see if he wants to cancell the application before they start to process it?

It would be best to call the agent, and make sure that the error is corrected, EVEN IF the agent says there is no problem. You need to be fully open when it comes to insurance, because you do not want any problems when it is really needed.
