Phone interview caught me?
Well just had a phone interview at 9:30Pm EST.. completely caught me off guard. A guy from a retail company calls me, first I don't recognize the number but I answer it anyway.. he has a strong accent so I'm thinking it's a damn telemarketer.. he asks if "A" is there and I go, "No, who's calling?" And he tells me the company and I go, "oh, hang on.." So I play it off like it was a friend, and we didn't recognize the number (all weird area code numbers have been calling) but I didn't tell him that so hopefully he was "fooled" or something, lol. It just completely caught me off guard. I answered his questions and there was only 2 qualifications that I didn't meet but it wasn't a big deal. He said he will forward this information to Human Resources and they will match my interview answers to other peoples. He said there was no other interview needed.
Anyone ever have an interview like this before? What should I expect next?

No Company does a phone interview !!
This whole thing sounds very strange.
I hope you did not provide your social security number or bank account numbers to him.
If so, call the bank and freeze your accounts from any transactions taking place.
