Shirley Sherrod - wrongful termination?
Is Shirley Sherrod a political appointee, or a civil servant. And if she were the "suing type", how good of a wrongful termination suit would Shirley Sherrod have?

I think the poor woman was hung out to dry, and wrongly so. Yes, she should sue. I'd say she's got a pretty good wrongful termination suit. After all, it's now widely known that the clip that got her fired was deliberately clipped to make her look bad, and those who suggested she resign failed to investigate the wrongful claims before firing her. And, surely she did suffer monetary and psychological damages from getting fired.
FYI, I'm a conservative Republican.
