Teen Wal-Mart Job Interview?
Hi. I'm a 15 (turning 16) year old girl. I applied for a job at Wal-Mart yesterday, and I am scared about the interview (If I even get one). I've never had a job before, so what kind of things might they ask me? I applied online for front end positions. Thanks, Ali.

There are a lot of references out there by doing a Google search. But pretty basic questions to prepare for are the following:

- Why do you want to work here?
- What guarantees me (the employer), that you can do your job? (This would be what accomplishments and failures have you done in the past)
- Do you have integrity? (As honesty would be a big part of the job)

When you answer, make sure that it answers the concerns of the interviewer: These basic concerns simply would be, your motive, your capabilities, and your emotional stability.

You don't want to work there.

just tell them what u would want to hear if u were hiring someone

I imagine they'll be very simple questions. They won't ask you anything personal.
