Would this plan cover birth control...?
If it says under "Office Visits" - "Screening tests including the following: pelvic exam, PAP smear, and contraceptive management for females." I don't understand what a screening test for contraceptive management would be? I went in today to talk to my gyno about going on birth control. Does that mean my ins. would cover this? I have Luminos from Anthem. It's a private policy (not from work). It really sucks - it's an HSA. I know it prolly won't cover the actual pills, but would that cover the appt. at least?

"contraceptive management" sounds like it will cover an office visit to discuss birth control.
Check under the prescription coverage of your plan to see what, if any, birth control it covers.
But, if your plan does not cover birth control - most will cover it if the BC is for a medical problems - such as cramps. In that case, you get your doctor to write a note that it is for treatment of a medical problem and then your plan will likely cover it.
