An issue with prefilled cartridges is that by the time the end user receives them, they have leaked a little, which cannot be helped. This also means that you will get more like 4-10 cigarettes per cartridge instead of the 20 that many advertise. They also can dry out. The best smoking experience is with the eLiquid and I can't tell if you are trying to resell your sets or not, but this is really the way to go if you want truly happy customers.
