May be asked to perform sign waver duties on a daily basis?
I read the requirements of working at a Halloween store. What do they mean by this? Is something I should worry about?

They mean stand out on the street and wave a sign to advertise I would assume, and you should be worried if you have a problem doing that on a daily basis.
